We've all seen Teresa Giudice's daughters grow up on The Real Housewives of New Jersey. Now that Gia has graduated from Rutgers, she is considering her next steps. Even if her pals are in New York, what comes next for her may not involve residing there. In a recent Next Gen NYC preview, Gia talks with her mother Teresa about a party she is planning at their New Jersey home. When you see their lovely estate, which has a pool, beautiful gardens, and a pizza oven, you wonder why anyone would want to leave.
"I'm definitely going to move out," Gia informed the camera during her interview. "But I don't think I ever want to move into the city." She then provided several clear reasons. "It doesn't smell nice," she said. "It's literally just gross." As if that wasn't enough, she went on to say, "The city levies taxes on absolutely everything. "No taxes in New Jersey!" Of course, the show quickly pointed out on-screen that New Jersey has among of the highest average property taxes in the country. So, while Gia enjoys spending time with her pals in New York City, she plainly wants to live on the other side of the bridge and tunnel. Interestingly, she just told Today that the commute to Manhattan for business is "super exhausting." She is currently deciding whether to live in Manhattan or Jersey City.
Teresa Giudice's Past With Danielle Staub ReturnsLooking Back on the Infamous Table Flip and Their On-Again, Off-Again Friendship
The final season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey proved difficult for many viewers. The cast appeared split and hostile. People either backed Teresa Giudice or her sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga. After a calm period, casting for the upcoming season is allegedly underway. Meanwhile, Teresa recently revealed something shocking about her friendship with Danielle Staub, who was formerly her opponent.
You might remember Teresa flipping a table at Danielle back in Season 1. Years later, Danielle returned to RHONJ, and the two became extremely good friends. However, things turned nasty when Danielle revealed that Teresa had encouraged her to remove co-star Margaret Josephs' ponytail. Teresa found herself in a difficult situation. So she broke up with Danielle on the phone. Even for a show known for its drama, this was a really dramatic scene.
Teresa recently appeared as a guest on her daughter Gia Giudice's podcast, Casual Chaos. Teresa provided a brief update on Danielle's current situation. "I ended up getting to know her, and then look, we ended up making up later on," she stated. She then gave her honest view about Danielle on the show. "Danielle was a natural fit for the role." "She was TV gold," Teresa explained. The mother of four went on to say, "She was great. She basically put everything out there, literally."
Teresa also stated why she flipped the table in the first place. "She was fun and very easygoing, just so much fun, even though in the beginning, she was like insulting me a little bit," Danielle's mother Teresa recalled. "That's what made me turn the tables on her." Because she would just make these little digs at me, like when she told Joe Giudice, 'Don't speak to me like you speak to your wife.' Stuff like that. Teresa added: "And then I'm the type where I take it, I take it, I take it, and then when I don't take it anymore, I explode." Anyone who has watched Teresa on the show knows she is capable of reaching that degree. It will be fascinating to see if "table-flipping Teresa" makes an appearance in Season 15 of RHONJ.
Caroline Manzo's Strong Warning About Reality TV's Dark Side And Teresa's Past

A former housewife shares her honest thoughts about the dangers of being on these shows.
Caroline Manzo, a former Real Housewives of New Jersey star, may have gotten through the program unscathed, but she has a strong caution for anyone considering joining the franchise. Her admonition is aimed squarely at Teresa Giudice. Alexa Fraser recently told Collider that she was being chased to join The Real Housewives of Rhode Island. Fraser explained more about her conversation with Manzo. She stated that after speaking with Manzo, she made a strong decision not to join the cast. Fraser just discussed Manzo's severe caution to anyone considering joining Housewives.
"She just really gave it to me straight," Fraser stated on David Yontef's Behind the Velvet Rope podcast. Manzo stated that the show "would have broken us." Many relationships and families are broken on those shows. And we were even discussing Teresa. Teresa Giudice and Joe, and how he was deported back to Italy. She was placed in jail. These things are simply not worth it. And folks are already doing that with the claimed cast." This recalls Teresa and Joe Giudice's well-known 2014 fraud conviction. Both spent time in prison. Joe was deported to Italy after serving his term because he never obtained US citizenship.
Fraser stated that she is a longtime acquaintance of Manzo. So she quickly sought her counsel when producers were working hard to secure her for RHORI. She and Manzo spoke for two hours over the phone, and Manzo was quite forthright. "She blatantly said, 'Do not do it,'" Alexa recounted. "You are going to blow up your life. These shows aren't good. And she was giving us the ins and outs, how producers cut and sliced her and forced her to react to things she didn't want to."
Manzo explained how producers can edit replies and circumstances to generate drama. "She said, there were times where producers cut my face and put it to a reaction that I didn't really have," Fraser stated on the program. "They cut my husband's voice. They tried to make it appear that I was cheating on my husband. My husband was cheating on me. They tried to make it appear as if I had an issue with my cousin in this household, and they refused to speak to me. And she was quite straightforward. Fortunately, she remarked, she and her husband are really strong. They've established a good foundation, and her family is strong." Manzo believes that if her family hadn't been so tough, the show may have broken them as well.
Other Housewives Weigh In: Why Teresa Giudice May Not Fit In Miami

Alexia Nepola discusses the idea of new cast members joining the Real Housewives of Miami.
Alexia Nepola of The Real Housewives of Miami recently discussed if she and her castmates want new faces like Bethenny Frankel or Teresa Giudice to join their show. Alexia was adamant after Lisa Hochstein stated that she was open to Bethenny joining because she had relocated to Miami. She stated that she did not want Bethenny to join. Alexia also discussed why her friend Teresa Giudice would not be a good match for the show.
"I doubt we'd want Bethenny there. Alexia told Us Weekly, "She's not Miami." "Miami has become a highly transient city, and I love and welcome that. But if you're going to be in this kind of show, I believe you have to be a true Miamian. "You must have your roots here." Despite her deep bond with Teresa, Alexia highlighted why RHOM would not be the best fit for her. "I feel like a lot of people want to go to Miami," Alexia added. "They could travel to Miami, but not to our show. We've already got nine gals. "We don't need any more."
Stephanie Shojaee joined the show last year, during season seven, after Dr. Nicole Martin's departure. In the trailer, Stephanie appeared to dispute with Alexia right away. "She's definitely Miami and she's bringing that Miami drama and I love it," Alexia told the audience. "I believe she's been an excellent addition to the show. She arrives full of energy. She is quite opinionated. She makes a pretty strong entry. Some like it, some don't. But I believe she's wonderful." Alexia claims that her conflicts with Stephanie stemmed from both of them being "alphas." Alexia stated, "She should calm down. I have been here for a long time. I've taken a lot of punches, so you're not going to remove my crown. We all have crowns, but we must respect each other. You can keep yours, but please don't try to take mine off. We figured it out.
Alexia added that you will have to wait and see how everything plays out. She believes Stephanie adds a lot to the ensemble, and working alongside her has been a pleasure. Lisa Hochstein mentioned Bethenny joining RHOM on her show Two Ts in a Pod a few weeks ago. "I personally like Bethenny," Lisa said. "She's always really nice to me." It appears that the argument over who enters these shows will continue, keeping viewers intrigued in what happens next.
